The products are also distributed to our trustworthy Agents in all over big cities in Indonesia, which the contacts also could be found in this website as well. How long is the warranty that customers get? Sandei Blinds offers 5 years warranty for components only. Except for Tusky Manual components, it is offered 2 years warranty. Are Sandei’s products environmental friendly? Most of the products have Greenguard and Oekotex certificates and some of blinds fabrics that we have are recognized as green fabrics. Does Sandei Blinds offer after sales service?

Sandei components mainly have 5 years warranty, which covers service or replace components in Jakarta and surroundings. For outside Jakarta, extra fee will be charged. How to clean blinds? Some fabrics or materials could be cleaned by damped clothes and some of them could be cleaned by vacuum cleaner. To remove stain, cleaning product with PH balance could be used. Rough brush is not recommended. Does Sandei accept blinds cleaning service? Unfortunately, Sandei could not clean your blinds, however we are able to recommend a good company that could assist you to do the cleaning. Besides, in normal condition, Blinds are easy managed products, so usually our client could clean the items with damp cloths or vacuum cleaner. If the customer already has existing blinds, is it possible to change only the fabrics or slats, or to resize and cut the products? Definitely possible, as long as they are Sandei’s products. How is the procedure if clients are located in the cities that are not reached by Sandei’s Agents and their blinds need to be repaired?

Blinds could be delivered to the agents where clients bought the products. Does Sandei Blinds serve international purchase?However, we could not do the measurement and installation and delivery fee is covered by customer. How long does the production and installation lead time? For ready stock items, it takes approximately 3 to 14 working days depends on quantity. Whereas, for the items that are not in stock, needs around 1 month until 3.5 month calendar day. Are Sandei Blinds’s products water and heat resistance? Since blind’s function is to reduce heat and control glare from natural light, so all of the products are able to tolerate heat. However, not every fabric is water resistance. Usually exterior fabrics and interior fabrics that contain PVC are the one which could be installed at wet area or the area that exposed to the rain. Could the Blinds be installed at any type of materials? As long as the media is strong enough to bear the blinds’ load, is fine.

The product allows for adequate sunlight and outdoor view, as well as to create flexibility in the space's potential. The product consists of a series of panels up to 3,7 m height and 0,7- 1,2m width; installed hanging on the track and roller system attached on the ceiling or room's upper structure. This system provides a considerable amount of space between panel and the floor, and panel to the ceiling that the panels would be easy to be relocated across the room towards the desired position. Each panel is equipped with locking system attached to the floor. The locking system and the hinge are integrated into the glass fitting, that the glass panels appear to be clear from unnecessary additions. The formation of the panel series is adapted to the layout and the interior design. The design varieties include foldaside series, paired, or independent panels. We supply a few options of glass panels: frameless-stainless steel, horizontal frame with aluminium frame natural anodized/colored powder

coating/stainless steel, or full-frame with frame aluminium natural anodized/ colored powder coating. These options may allow our products to fully adapt to the desired designs. And how long is it?We provide two years warranty which covers any defect of materials that caused by the production. However any defect that caused by the civil work, buildings and improper operation are not included. How is the procedure of measuring, delivery and installation?Since it is closely related to the responsibility before and after production, we do the measurement and installation in one package, they cannot be separated. If the measuring is done by customers, the installation is also under their responsibility. We manage to deliver our products to places all over Indonesia. How is the overseas delivery procedure?Unfortunately, we do not handle any of overseas delivery services. The delivery, measuring and installation have to be managed by customers.
